Matt heads to Cornwall to join a housing officer who is investigating several families on an estate where antisocial behaviour by some is driving neighbours to despair. When the police become involved after a drugs raid it could be the final straw. Two dedicated officers in Suffolk go above and beyond the call of duty, and Matt returns to Newham to give an unlicensed bed and breakfast an alarm call they didn't order.
