David landet in einem heruntergekommenen Erholungsort. Wieder einmal mutiert er zum Hulk. Die Einwohner des Ortes bringt das auf eine gefährliche Idee: Sie schaffen ein Imitat von Hulk, das einem Werwolf ähnlich sieht und lassen ihre Kreatur durch die Umgebung streifen. Ein besessener Jäger macht sich bald auf die Pirsch und will sowohl den echten Hulk, als auch den Doppelgänger eliminieren.
David works at a hardware store in a resort town, where business is receding. But when an argument with the store's depressed, widowed owner, Harlan, brings on the Hulk's appearance, Harlan and his friend quickly see the possibilities of what the publicity could do for the town. So they set about re-creating their own "monster" to draw in the tourists. But the scheme ends up endangering Harlan's own young daughter.
Suite à une apparition de Hulk dans une ville touristique sur le déclin deux hommes décident de relancer leur économie en créant leur propre monstre.
David trova lavoro come garzone in un negozio di un piccolo paese di montagna ormai in abbandono; in una lite con il padrone del negozio (Harlen Bates) David si trasforma in Hulk e la gente del luogo pensa di sfruttare la comparsa del mostro verde per fare pubblicità alla cittadina e richiamare turisti. Così Harlen si traveste da mostro e va in giro a spaventare la gente; questo però attira, oltre che i turisti, anche un vecchio cacciatore che vuole uccidere il mostro. Solo l'intervento del vero Hulk salva la situazione.
