Young Mitch Hallam is fast with a gun and emulates Wyatt, and travels to Dodge City to prove himself. Mitch's fiancée and her father, newcomers to the West, don't understand. Wyatt sets out to show Mitch the error of his ways by taking him on as a deputy.
