Season 1

  • S01E01 Part 1

    In the first of two programmes presenter, motorcycle adventurer and writer Henry Cole takes a look at the world of motorcycling. He rides the Isle of Man TT circuit with superbike ace Chris Walker, learns to road race with Neil Morrissey, and joins Harley mad DJ Neil Fox. He also gets time to embark on some restoration on his beloved old Honda.

Henry gets his hands dirty reuniting with bike restorer Pete Thorne as he works on a 1981 Yamaha XT500 trail bike. And we hear how Norton are making a return to TT.

    In the second of a two-part special Henry Cole is at the Isle of Man TT where the legendary Norton are attempting to make a return after 20 years. They last tried in 2009 but failed to qualify. We return to the workshop of bike restorer Pete Thorne to see how the 1981 Yamaha is coming along. And whatever happened to those legendary Californian style choppers? And with the numbers of people taking a motorcycle test plummeting, Henry persuades restorer Pete and Chris 'The Stalker' Walker to take the new Compulsory Basic Training test.

    Henry Cole returns with the motorbike magazine show. In the first edition, the presenter joins the Harley Owners Group for a ride, experiences 1000cc sidecar speedway, and embarks on his quest for land speed record glory. He also goes moped endurance racing at the BMF rally in Peterborough with team-mates Pete the Restorer and BSB rider Chris Walker.
