The assistant sales manager at Hongsung International—the veteran employee who used to be praised for his achievements and networking at his work but becomes unstable after Eun-tae, his junior by a year, becomes his team lead. Due to this event, jun-ho gets stuck in a rut but nonetheless realizes that the leadership does not always have to be at the forefront by conflicting with Eun-tae. In the end, Jun-ho's plans become achievements, and his well-rounded negotiations sustain the team's balance.
