Als Todd und Riley nach Hause kommen, stellen sie fest, dass ihre Eltern ausgetauscht wurden. Sofort ist ihnen klar, dass da etwas faul ist. Auch C.A.R. landete in der Schrottpresse, Todd kann ihn aber als Robokatze reaktivieren. Mit seiner Hilfe machen sich unsere Helden auf die Suche nach ihren Eltern. Im Hauptquartier von Fleemco stellen sie fest, dass niemand anderer als Dr. Skorpius Conrad Fleem eingesperrt hat und nun als Chef der Austauschorganisation sein Unwesen treibt. Wird es Todd und Riley gelingen, Dr. Skorpius aufzuhalten und Agentin K und Dick zu finden?
Todd and Riley come home early from school to find out that their parents have been replaced with two "perfect" parents. Todd and Riley think Conrad is out to get them, so they go with Tasumi, Shelton, Jacobo, and C.A.R. to Fleemco Headquarters to find out why. They soon find out that Doctor Skorpius has kidnapped Dick, K and Conrad, and has taken over the company!
