Relatives of one family fight each other and one of them steals cattle.
Sheriff Morgan's friend is distraught that his pretty daughter has eloped with a no-count, gold-digging rodeo star. Morgan discovers the cowboy is a polygamist and crosses county lines to hunt him down.
During the transfer of Federal witnesses to the U.S. Marshal in Tucson, Arizona, the Marshal is killed. Sheriff Morgan is asked to become the new U.S. Marshal, thus ending the series.
