The Whistler was an anthology-thriller series that spawned from the highly successful radio show of the same name. During the 40's, The Whistler had also been a successful series of movies starring Richard Dix. As a TV show it was similar to Alfred Hitchcock Presents, but mostly finishing with a final twist. it ran from 1954 to 1955
