When their mentor Nana learns that the evil sorcerer Kong Li is attempting to awaken an ancient dragon sleeping under Chinatown with the "Di Xia Spicy Noodle Recipe," it takes some ingenuity and bravery to stop Kong Li from breaking the barrier around Chinatown and escaping.
