白鸽、何煦、李力带着各自的问题，来到情感小组寻求帮助。准备留学的何煦最近偶然间发现自己的“完美伴侣”竟然在陪别的女人逛街；中年舞蹈老师李力想保护自己被骚扰的女儿，反而和女儿产生了更深的隔阂；新媒体编辑白鸽困在一段梦幻的爱情中，而故事的男主早已人间蒸发。三人生活出现交集，是巧合，还是一场精心策划的相遇。在情感小组中，三人最初讲述的版本均非事实全貌。随着剧情推进，真相逐渐浮出水面：何煦实为他人婚姻中的“第三者”；李力故事里被骚扰的对象实为她自己；而白鸽执着等待的男友郭天早已人间蒸发。
