A Man About the House

Janet und Chrissy finden morgens nach einer Party einen Mann in der Badewanne. Es ist Jack, ein armer Kochstudent der auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung ist. Auch die beiden Mädchen sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner. Nur Mr. Roper, der oberprüde Vermieter, hat etwas dagegen. Jack fällt aus allen Wolken als er erfährt das er nur in der WG bleiben darf, weil Janet Mr. Roper erzählt hat das er schwul sei.

Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow, two attractive women, have a going away party for their roommate, Eleanor. While trying to find someone to share the rent with, they find party crasher Jack Tripper in their bathtub. They have their doubts at first but when they find out that Jack is a great cook, they want him to stay. The hardest part of this is trying to convince the landlords, Stanley and Helen Roper, that Jack is indeed good company.

Dopo la festa di addio della loro coinquilina, Janet e Chrissy trovano un uomo addormentato nella vasca da bagno: si tratta di Jack. Dopo aver avuto prova delle sue doti culinarie, lo invitano a trasferirsi ad abitare con loro.
