An Alaska couple is looking to buy their first house together and has decided to build their own tiny house yurt. Building in a scenic location is a high priority for the couple so they decide to construct their future home on a peaceful spot near Stone Step Lake. Their two-story fantasy yurt will include all the necessities the active couple may need including an underground freezer, a half-moon deck, a wood burning fireplace and enough weatherproofing to survive harsh Alaskan winters.
