Revolution

Picard destroys Earth's capital city of Moscow, killing the Czar and taking over as Emperor of the solar system. A fight starts in Ten Forward when Picard starts singing. The senior crew disconnects Picard's ability to monitor them as they plot to overthrow him. They lock him on the bridge while separating on the drive section and leave the saucer section in collision course with a planet.
