Wesley returns to the ship and surprises Beverly during sex and she squirts all over his face. Space creatures attack the Enterprise and Picard attempts to escape, leaving the rest of the crew to be devoured by the creatures, but the shuttlebay door is blocked by one of the creatures. Laforge decompresses the bay with Picard still there. But the crew's celebration is premature.
