Frank ist diesmal gezwungen, eine seiner selbst auferlegten Regeln zu brechen: Öffne niemals ein Paket! In der Kühlbox, die er zu seinem Kunden bringen soll, befindet sich ein Herz, das für eine Transplantation in ein Krankenhaus bestimmt war. Doch es wurde auf dem Weg dorthin gestohlen und der ahnungslose Frank ist nun damit unterwegs zu Drago Sujic, einem der mächtigsten Verbrecherbosse Südfrankreichs. Dieser braucht das Herz dringend für seinen Sohn, der an einem angeborenen Herzfehler leidet. Als Frank durch Inspektor Tarconi (Francois Berleand) erfährt, was er da transportiert und dass ein sterbender Junge im Krankenhaus auf das Herz wartet, bricht er nicht nur die Regel das Paket nicht zu öffnen, sondern ändert obendrein auch noch den Deal und will das Herz ins Krankenhaus bringen. Damit ist Drago natürlich überhaupt nicht einverstanden und hetzt seine Leute auf Frank, um ihm das dringend benötigten Organ wieder abzunehmen. Eine Jagd um Leben und Tod beginnt…
While transporting a package, Frank notices the police is on his trail. Ignoring his rules, he opens the package and finds a stolen heart in a cooler, meant for transplantation in a hospital. Frank faces a dilemma when he figures out that his client, Sujic Drago (Mike Dopud), one of the most powerful crime lords in southern France, stole the heart to save his own son, who suffers from a congenital heart defect, and when Inspector Tarconi informs him that another dying boy is waiting at the hospital for the heart. Should he honor his commitment and deliver the package or return it to its initial beneficiary?
Frank, qui transporte un colis, se rend compte que les forces de police sont à ses trousses. Faisant fi des règles qu'il a édictées, il ouvre le paquet et découvre qu'il transporte un coeur volé, destiné à une greffe pour un garçon mourant. Frank se retrouve face à un dilemme lorsqu'il prend connaissance de l'identité de son client, le chef d'un gang criminel qui a volé ce coeur pour sauver son propre fils. Doit-il honorer son contrat en livrant malgré tout le colis ou doit-il ramener le coeur à son destinataire initial ?...
