かつて天才子役として一世を風靡するも、現在は芸能界を引退し一児の母として幸せな結婚生活を送っていた鮎川穂奈未（朝日奈央）。芸能事務所を運営する夫・蓮也の勧めで娘・美由を子役デビューさせるが、旬の人気俳優・泉舞香（新川優愛）とのCM撮影中に、スタジオの階段から転落し、意識不明の重体に陥ってしまう。偶然事故現場に居合わせた穂奈未の幼馴染で人気俳優の和久井昴から、娘の事故の原因が“夫の不倫”だと聞かされる。娘の事故と夫の裏切り――――。絶望の淵に立たされた穂奈未は真実を突き止めるため、スター俳優に返り咲くことを決意。「妻」を引退し復讐の鬼と化した穂奈未の復讐劇は、やがて芸能界全体を巻き込んでいく。
