Our Man Anywhere

A profile of MALCOLM MacDONALD He has described himself, jokingly, as 'an Afro-Asian with a lot of Scottish blood.' A friend of Nehru, Chou En- Lai, and Kenyatta, and adopted son of a Dyak chief; a connoisseur, photographer, author, and humorist. He's the son of Britain's first Labour Prime Minister, and was in the Cabinet himself at the age of thirty-three. After more than twenty-five years' service in different parts of the Commonwealth, he's now due to retire.
