《2021香港小姐競選》28位入圍佳麗已經順利誕生，大會今年度口號「We Miss Hong Kong」象徵多重意義，而要蛻變成「We」，先要由「Me」開始。各位佳麗率先以第一身的「Me」自我介紹，將真實貼地一面，完美呈現於觀眾眼前。 節目將透過陽光、文青、時尚、知性、爽朗等主題，展示不同組別佳麗所散發的迷人氣質。她們亦會走訪本地多個角落，發掘本土魅力，細訴對香港的情懷，跟大家一起美麗同行！
