In this video, I look into Ukraine’s latest high-tech addition to the battlefield: robot dogs. These mechanical canines, provided by Brit Alliance, are being deployed to detect landmines, perform reconnaissance missions, and even carry vital supplies to troops in the heat of battle. But where do these robot dogs come from, and how effective are they against the Russian military? We look at the Chinese-made Unitree Go2 Pros, comparing them to the familiar Boston Dynamics robots, and examine the tactical advantages these quadrupeds provide—such as navigating confined spaces, mapping terrain, and even triggering booby traps to clear paths for Ukrainian soldiers.
