Curt will work the streets of Los Angeles stealing things - legally, of course - when he spends a day as a Repo Man. Then, our host will take his chances as a Window Washer, but he'll do it dangling from the end of a rope 180 feet in the air. Later, Curt will deal with the threats of getting electrocuted or attacked by a shark when he tries to survive as an Underwater Welder.
Our intrepid host will go behind the barbed wire and electric fences to suit up as a Correctional Officer at one of America's largest maximum security prisons and home to over 4,000 hardened criminals. Then, Curt will step onto the ice to get barraged with 100-mph slap shots and hard hits as he tries to make it as a professional Ice Hockey Goalie.
Curt has never been in a fight in his entire life, but that's all about to change when he goes competitive as an Ultimate Fighter. He'll train with heavyweight champ Randy Couture and then step into the octagon to face a real amateur opponent. Then, Curt will try his luck as a Snake Keeper, avoiding lethal fangs while extracting venom from some of the world's deadliest snakes.
Fixing a broken pipe might seem like a simple task, but when Curt takes on the job of a High Altitude Plumber he will have to scale a radio tower taller than the Empire State Building. Then, Curt will work as a Killer Bee Remover, where it's not a matter of if he'll get stung, just how many times! Finally, Curt will suit up as a Pit Crewman for CTE Racing during a real race to see the fast and furious action of a Champ car.
Curt will try to avoid losing any body parts when he puts on his very own fireworks show as a Pyrotechnician. Then, he'll deliver packages the hard way; pedaling the hilly streets of San Francisco working as a Bike Messenger. And, Curt's biggest goal as an Alligator Wrangler is simply not to get eaten.
To get started, Curt will leave suburban bliss behind to mess around with some angry bulls. He'll work as a Rodeo Clown and Bullfighter, trying to entertain crowds and keep riders from getting hooked. Then, he'll go down in the hole to work as a Coal Miner, and next he'll join a narcotics task force to train as a DEA Agent and go out on a real meth lab raid.
Curt will first tackle an occupation where 80 people died on the job last year. Between whirling chainsaws, 1,000-pound trees and bone-crushing equipment, will he survive a shift as a Logger? Then, Curt will try to become the first 220-pound Jockey and mount up for his very own match race.
Curt joins the crew of the USS Ronald Reagan to work as an Aircraft Carrier Crewman. He'll have to avoid getting sucked into a jet engine, hit by a wing, or getting blown off the deck by jet blast. Then, Curt will work the land, and help harvest the last crops of the season as an Oklahoma Farmer. Finally, Curt will do his best Patrick Swayze from Roadhouse impersonation when he has to go to Myrtle Beach to work as a Bouncer during Bike Week.
In this episode, Curt will take on Mother Nature. First, he'll join the Ski Patrol as they attempt to control avalanches by, ironically, blowing up snow. Then, he'll face more of the white stuff when he works as a long-haul Truck Driver. Curt will be tasked with getting a load over the Rocky Mountains after they've been pummeled by snowstorm after snowstorm. And, Curt will have to be wary of chainsaws and wood chippers when he works as a Tree Trimmer.
