ゲートに辿り着き、莉杏（南里美希）はついに静謐なる龍ノ国へと足を踏み入れた。
時を同じくして、道外流牙（栗山航）とレクトル（こだまたいち）は、龍の輪廻転生の時が迫るなか、ホラー侵攻の窮地にあるゲートを守る覚悟を決める。
一方、水を口にした住民が暴徒と化し、火の海に包まれたサガンの街。
駆けつけた二人の前に、ホラー・アクアスに支配されたエルミナ（宮原華音）が現れる。
果たして、流牙の叫びはエルミナに届くのか……！？
Having reached the gate, Rian (Minami Miki) finally steps into the tranquil Land of Dragons. At the same time, Dogai Ryuga (Kuriyama Wataru) and Rector (Kodama Taichi) resolve to protect the gate, which is in peril from the Horror invasion, as the time for the Dragon's reincarnation approaches. Meanwhile, the town of Sagan is engulfed in flames as residents who drank the water turn into a mob. As the two rush to the scene, Elmina (Miyahara Kanon), controlled by the Horror Aquas, appears before them. Will Ryuga's cries reach Elmina?
