篠北玲子と矢島純子は、忍者、ヤクザ、汚職などの悪党と戦いながら学校を渡り歩く高校2年生。この高校で彼らは、秘密の忍者組織と悪徳管理官、そして遠い過去の悲劇的な死に遭遇する。腕利きの忍者である小鉄の助けを借りて、彼らは学校を正す。
