Nerea García está pasando una mala racha, han transcurrido cuatro años desde que fuera expulsada de la Ertzaintza y vive aislada y recluida en su casa de Bilbao. La aparición del cadáver de una mujer, asesinada en algún tipo de ritual, lleva a su antiguo jefe a pedirle ayuda con la investigación. Lo que Nerea no sospecha es que los fantasmas del pasado y del presente le obligarán a descender a las cloacas de la ciudad, donde nada ni nadie es lo que parece.

Nerea Garcia is going through a rough patch and barely leaves her home in Bilbao. Four years have passed since she was expelled from the Ertzaintza, the Basque police force. When the body of a woman apparently killed in some kind of ritual is discovered, her former boss asks her to help with the investigation. But Nerea has no idea that ghosts from both her past and present will force her to descend into the city’s underworld, where nothing and no one are quite what they seem.
