一幢老洋房见证三代女性——林斯允、易弋、叶希宁在六十年时代变迁中，不断地遭遇现实与梦想的碰撞。1930年代，林斯允带着开设妇产医院的梦想回国，却遭遇战乱。到了1950年代，这所医院转型为服装厂，林斯允的侄女易弋虽梦想成为服装设计师，但因其国民党军官遗孀的身份而面临职业和爱情的双重挑战。到1990年代，这座老洋房已化身为上海的知名宾馆。易弋的孙女叶希宁原本在此为闺蜜婚礼做准备，却意外卷入一场阴谋，导致她失业并背负巨债，迫使她投身于改革开放的浪潮，勇敢面对挑战。三代人跨越了六十年，在时代浪潮中，各自留下了自己的足迹，见证了她们不屈的力量与勇气。
