Urara Takano is a prolific seiyuu from Togane, Chiba. Takano works at Remax, although she was originally affiliated with Ken Production. She is the mother of actress Anna Kirie. Her real name, as well as her former stage name, is Takayama Hisako (高山ひさ子).
