ゲーム開発会社『ダイナミックドリーム』で働く主人公・新堂龍也(渡邊圭祐)は、中学時代からの夢だったゲームクリエイターとして日々仕事に励んでいた。そんな中、入社9年目にして中間管理職のプレイングマネージャーへ昇進する事になった龍也は、開発中である新規タイトルのプロジェクトを引き継ぐことに。しかし、そのプロジェクトは異例と言えるほどに制作が長期化していた…。不思議に思った龍也が原因を探ると誰かに妨害されていることが判明！ 果たして龍也たちはこのプロジェクトを無事に成功する事が出来るのか…！？
