In 2010, Raymonds Restaurant raised the culinary bar in St. John's, NL, and won enRoute magazine's prestigious Best New Restaurant award. For the restaurant's two-year anniversary, Chef Jeremy Charles and Sommelier Jeremy Bonia are planning a blowout dinner party featuring the best of Newfoundland produce that they can find themselves.
