辛萬軍以偏鋒怪招贏取官司，師爺卓偉名非常不滿其出位作風，但因一次事件，令二人變成好友。萬軍不畏強權的處事態度，令他瞧不起富家女律師孫俐俐的所作所為，兩人經常為合作處理訴訟案而引起連番鬧劇。在俐俐的眼中，萬軍只是一個生活亂套和玩弄感情的流氓。直至一場官司，始明白真相及發現自己真正喜歡萬軍，可惜她卻因父親生意關係與萬軍成了一對不同階級的情侶，兩人感情停滯不前之際，偉名發現前女友鄭彩玉竟已懷有自己骨肉。
