William Spanner is the main character of the series, he is the descendant of evil witches and warlocks who want to bring about the end of the world. Spanner resists his heritage, preferring a normal life, but events conspire to force him to use his powers, often with the fate of the world at stake.
A new mother and her child move into her mother-in-law's dark old mansion. She soon begns to suspect that neither the house nor her mother-in-law are quite what they seem to be.
About 18 years after the first film's ending, William Adams (who in later movies changes his last name to Spanner), the child from the first movie, is living with his adopted parents and assumes he is a normal 18 year old. He is unaware of his adoption or of his role in the first movie. Williams's adoptive parents stole him away from the coven in the previous film, as they are white witches who did not agree with the aims of their coven. They have hidden William in the suburbs to protect him from evil.

Ruben’s fingerprints are all over the victim’s house, and the medical examiner has found proof of a sexual relationship between Ruben and the dead woman. Spanner’s girlfriend Charlotte (Lisa Toothman) is being seduced by evil club owner Louis (Domonic Luciana), who uses his demonic powers to turn women into his slave. Reverend Jondular (William L. Baker)is a witch doctor who helps Spanner use his powers.

Marta (Nicole Sassaman,) and her boyfriend Bill (Freddy Andreiuci), run a scam were Marta lures an unsuspecting "date" back to her motel room where Bill then knocks the date out and they loot the victim. This time, however, the caper goes awry, and the victim was killed.
