Alexis Arquette

Born Robert Arquette, Alexis Arquette was an actress and transgender activist. She documented her transition to a woman in the 2007 film Alexis Arquette: She’s My Brother. She received her first major role at 19 when she played the cross-dresser Georgette in the movie Last Exit to Brooklyn. Other appearances included The Wedding Singer, Pulp Fiction and guesting on series such as Friends, Californication, Beggars and Choosers, and The Strip. Alexis began presenting again as a man in 2013.
