For the last month, Doctor Julian Bashir has remained on Cardassia Prime, supervising the vaccination of the population and eradication of Koval’s pathogen. In the meantime, his lunch with Elim Garak led to many revelations…some surprising, and others…astounding. The Andorian government had been considering leaving the Federation. While Federation assistance and resources were a vital part of restoring Andoria to its pre-War state, the Federation is an enormous alliance and every planet required a level of reconstruction. Andoria, however, is not known for its patience and feels somewhat entitled to priority assistance due to its role as a founding member.
