يتناول العمل الأوضاع الإقتصادية في سوريا، بالتسعينات وعن السرقات الكبرى التي كانت تحدث في الدولة، من خلال قصة غوار الذي تُقتل زوجته ويتهم هو بقتلها ويدخل للسجن 25 سنه، ويخرج ليبحث على ابنته، ويحاول إثبات برائته أمامها.
