Jasper angelt am Hafen das erste Mal mit seiner neuen, extralangen Spezialangelschnur, als ein riesiger Fisch anbeißt. Mit Mühe zieht ihn Jasper an Land. Da schnappt sich eine Katze den dicken Brocken mitsamt Haken und Schnur und rennt weg. Jasper setzt zu einer wilden Verfolgungsjagd durch die ganze Stadt an, doch die Katze ist schneller als er. Schließlich findet er nur noch die abgenagte Gräte. Und Jasper weiß nicht, wie er zurück zum Hafen finden soll, er hat sich verlaufen. Zum Glück ist Emma bereits auf der Suche nach ihm.
Jasper chases after a cat who has stolen one of his fish just as he was pulling it out of the water. Emma goes to the harbour to meet Jasper but discovers he is not there. The cat escapes, but Jasper finds he is lost in the city. He gets the idea to follow his fishing line back to where he was. At the harbour Emma has the same idea and so they both find each other, thanks to Jasper’s line.
En suivant un chat qui a chapardé un de ses poissons, Jasper se perd à l'autre bout de la ville. Comment rentrer à bon port ? La solution est au bout de la canne à pêche !
