Hugo hat langsam die Nase voll vom Leben als Kuscheltier der Millionäre. Und auch Rita möchte endlich wieder zurück in die Freiheit. Doch alle Versuche, den Croesus“ zu entkommen, scheitern. Das stellen auch die Gangster fest, die das Anwesen bewachen. Als ein General aus Hugos Heimat auftaucht, um das Kuscheltier zu kaufen, wittern die Banditen ihre große Chance. Sie verhelfen Hugo und Rita zur Flucht, schnappen sich die beiden aber, kaum dass sie draußen sind. Dann verkauft das Gangsterduo dem General den kleinen Kuschel-Hugo. Der wird umgehend in seine Heimat transportiert.
Jungo has gotten fat, sick and tired of the luxurious life as the billionaire's pet, and Rita misses her freedom. The gangsters are watching the estate and see the animals' failed attempts to get away. They also witness the arrival of a Latin American General, who wants to buy Jungo as a symbol for his country. So the gangsters see to it that our friends manage to get out, catch them, and sell them to the General who takes them to Junglandia - the land where Jungo's own jungle is. Smutz and Blitz show up to get their sensational photo but Jungo and Rita manage to escape, and they make it to the edge of the jungle...
