Wakaba and Yuki have come to the mysterious world of "the end of the loss" where fragments of light fall. When I was looking for A-chan who had fallen apart, I met residents from another world. And Wakaba is predicted by them to be destined with Po-chan.

光の欠片が降り注ぐ不思議な世界「亡失の最果て」へやって来た若葉と結城。 はぐれてしまったあーちゃんを探していると、異界の住民達に出会う。 そして、若葉は彼らからポーちゃんとの運命を予言される。
