Fish-monger Masa is upset with Netto and his posse because they don't spend enough time outside, so he has them all work-out in the great outdoors! Meanwhile, the World Three has hatched another plan: they're using jellyfish viruses to have robotic fish attack the city! Netto and co. are soon on the run from a robotic shark, while Rockman and Glyde do battle with the jellyfish viruses.
