「火神の子」として生きる女子高生・郷田るなは、祖母と営む鍼灸院で自らの血を入れたモグサを用いて「自己実現」を販売する信者ビジネスを行なっていた。その背景ゆえ、学校では「宗教の人」と呼ばれ孤立するるなにとって唯一の理解者は幼なじみのスバルだけ。だがある日、いじめから救ってくれた学校の人気者・ケンショーに恋をしてしまう。しかし、“神の子”に恋は許されない――。 を抑えることができなかったるなはケンショーに告白するが、あえなく失恋して体調を崩してしまう。気持ちを弄ばれたと感じたるなは、ケンショーを信者ビジネスに取り込み復讐すると決意する。
