In Amsterdam ontmoet hij Firoza, die zich als queer moslima vervreemd voelt in haar eigen buurt. Ook spreekt Rutger Oliveira, die na de burgeroorlog in Angola in Nederland terechtkwam en juist heilig gelooft in de kansen die dit land biedt.
Rutger speaks to people who, each in their own way, wonder where they truly belong. Raja grew up as the daughter of migrant workers but no longer feels welcome after her return to the Netherlands. In Amsterdam, he meets Firoza, a queer Muslim woman who feels alienated in her own neighborhood.
