蘿蔔炆牛腩

據說秋冬季節非常適合吃益氣的白蘿蔔,所以阿蘇和Philip各精心準備了一道用白蘿蔔煮的小菜─蘿蔔炆牛腩及鯽魚胡椒蘿蔔絲。白蘿蔔潤喉、利尿、殺菌、抗癌,還能幫助消化,但吃中藥的人要忌口蘿蔔。香噴噴的炆牛腩上碟之時,阿蘇直誇自己煮菜有天分。阿蘇還與文化評論人梁文道探討中菜館的菜譜為甚麼特別厚的來由。原來中國人與外國人的思維方式不同,中國人擅於將現有、即使不多的食物,變著花樣排列組合,菜式自然比西人多了好多。
