And for some reason, it's the only superhero that people always say they can relate to and identify with. The Tarantulaman is basically the most expensive insult in history. The studios tell you that you are a loser, unemployed who always screws up your love life and is ridiculed all over the town... and you still have to buy an expensive ticket to be told that.
