Surviving Nugent is a VH1 reality competition in which rock musician and outdoorsman Ted Nugent puts contestants through demanding and often bizarre challenges on his ranches in Michigan and Texas. Living in rustic conditions, they face tests of endurance, teamwork and survival skills while adapting to Nugent’s unpredictable rules. The show began as a two-hour special in 2003 and returned as a four-part series in 2004.
