Katie’s family is devastated to learn from Nick that Katie has stopped taking her medication and has requested to have a peaceful death at home. Bridget privately tells Brooke and Donna that Katie’s symptoms are getting worse and she isn’t expected to last much longer. Stephanie pleads with Katie to not give up on life without a fight and to pray for a miracle. Stephanie later puts her past with Nick aside to tell him how much she admires him for all that he has done for Katie. Stephanie then puts Nick in the hot seat by asking him about his feelings towards Katie. Later, Nick surprises Katie with a chance to relive the worst night of her life but with a happier ending.
