A historic movie theater in Marshall, Mo., is investigated after the owner contacts the hosts about his terrifying experiences. Included: Steve uncovers evidence of a deadly love triangle and a shocking murder-suicide; and Amy comes to believe the property is haunted by a dead man capable of controlling the living.
