Everyone on Todd and Riley's block really gets into the Halloween spirit except for one wet blanket family down the street. They call Fleemco to find a new family more excited by the holiday. The new family is creepy as all get-out and suddenly people start disappearing. Then they find out Fleemco didn't send them. Todd, Riley, and Buzz embark on an adventure inside the seemingly haunted house to unravel the mystery of the new family where they discover that Fleemco merely played a Halloween trick on them.
