It's been decided the IPC corporation will in a car race with Navis operating unmanned cars. The drivers are Blues and Rockman. They will be opposing Saiko Rei's Team Shine. Because it's a hard fight for Saiko to work with his Navi's perfomance variation, Slur invites him to use Asteroid Flashman.
