The Big Time

Carrie møder Mr. Big og efter en kort og kold samtale står han overraskende nok udenfor hendes dør. Charlotte tror hun har fundet 'Mr. Right', mens Miranda er træt af Steve og al hans snak om, at det er på tide med børn. Samantha er bange for, at hun er på vej ind i overgangsalderen.

Mirandas und Steves Beziehung wird erneut vor eine harte Probe gestellt. Steve äußert den Wunsch, dass er gerne Kinder hätte. Da sie frisch verliebt ist stört sie diese Begegnung nicht weiter. Allerdings scheint Mr. Big mehr Probleme damit zu haben. Am nächsten Tag hat Carrie eine Nachricht von ihm auf dem AB. Eine Nachricht, die er als verheirateter Mann nicht hätte hinterlassen dürfen.

Carrie keeps bumping into Mr. Big, causing her to wonder what's going on, which she finds out when he confesses he can't stop thinking about her. Charlotte starts to think that Trey might indeed be her “Mr. Right”. Samantha fears she is becoming menopausal, but when sleeping with Len, an older man from her new apartment building, discovers she's not. Miranda is starting to get fed up with living with Steve, and the last straw comes when he tries to persuade her it's time to start thinking about a baby: they break up.

Il giorno dopo mentre Aidan è uscito per un caffè, Big si presenta alla sua porta e le dice che non riesce a smettere di pensare a lei.

Carrie se encuentra continuamente con Mr. Big, lo que le hace pensar que algo raro pasa. Él le confiesa que no puede dejar de pensar en ella. Charlotte empieza a pensar que Trey es su hombre ideal.
