Tankı tamir edebileceğini düşünen Mehmet, yakınlardaki bir kamyondan temin edebileceği bir parçaya ihtiyaç duyar. Ferzan ve adamlarıysa sıkı bir sokağa çıkma yasağı uygulayarak köyü dikkatlice gözetlerler.
Mehmet can fix the tank, but the part he needs is in a nearby truck—requiring help from local Turkmens, all while Ferzan and his thugs enforce a strict curfew and monitor the village closely.
