Ingredients: 1-2 Large Pineapples, Sliced 5-7 Pink Lady for Fuji Apples Juice of 7 Oranges Juice of 1 Lemon 3-4 Leaves of Kale Run all ingredients through your juicer, strain, and enjoy!
Ingredients: 7-10 Ripe Peaches 5-7 Nectarines 2-3 Lbs of Dates 2-3 Cups of Pecans. Use dried figs instead if low-fat is desired. Cinnamon Directions: ❣ This recipe is created in layers. You will need a food processor and a Vitamix blender. You will also need a pie pan of your choice. I like using one with a pop-up bottom to easily remove from the tray. ❣ The first layer is created in the food processor with your pecans, 3/4 of your dates, and cinnamon. Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until you get your cobbler crumble. ❣ Take this cobbler crumble and press it into the bottom of your pie pan. ❣ Your next layer is thinly sliced ripe peaches. ❣ On top of the layer of peaches, you will press on top another layer of your cobbler crumble. ❣ Apply one more layer of thinly sliced peaches. ❣ On top of the peaches, you will then pour your nectarine drizzle! For this creamy sweet sauce, blend your nectarines (remove pitt) with your dates and cinnamon. Drizzle this on top of your pie. ❣ Add a few more peaches on top and spinkle with cinnamon and ENJOY!
Ingredients: ❤2-4 Large Cucumbers ❤Head of Spinach ❤Green Kale ❤Black Dinosaur Kale ❤5-6 Stalks Celery ❤Bunch of Romaine ❤Watercress ❤FEW Dandelion Leaves (Note: if you do not want this to be bitter, leave out the dandelion leaves) ❤Juice of 5-8 Lemons ❤Optional: Thumb of Ginger Use your favorite greens. Do not feel that you need to be exact with amounts on the greens. It's the combination of them that matters. Run all ingredients through a juicer, strain, and savor! Happy, healthy, juicing!
1) Drink lots of water: FullyRaw Vitamin Infused Lemonade when you first wake up in the AM. Recommended 32-64 oz daily. You can also drink fresh juices! If you need some recommended recipes, check out my Watermelon Juice Secret, Soulshine Juice, or Sunburst Juice here on my channel. 2) Eat FullyRaw Foods: Challenge yourself to 2-3 FullyRaw Meals a Day. Not telling you to go 100% FullyRaw right away... but give it a try. It's much easier and more delicious than you think! 3) Eliminate meat and dairy. The benefits associated with eliminating animal products are HUGE. Eliminating these hormones, bacterias, and fats from your diet can flush your system, giving you a flat belly. Take it to the next level: eliminate gluten. Watch the weight fall off! 4) Do 10 minutes of easy ab workouts like the ones in my video. My favorites are squats, planks, bicycle crunches, and jump roping! 5) Don't eat after 7-8 PM or stop eating 3 hours before bed. Eating FullyRaw is also the daylight diet. Eat when the sun is up and rest when the sun in down. :)
A FullyRaw diet is an abundance lifestyle! It's about eating all of the fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies that keep you satisfied. Raw food is low in calorie but high in water content, which means that you need to eat MORE to get the necessary amount of calories to keep you properly fueled throughout the day. I eat anywhere from 2500 to 3000 calories a day, but I am also avidly active running, etc. I know this may seem like a lot to people, but keep in mind I do run 6-10 miles a day. I never say in the video that anyone has to eat as much as I eat, and I don't recommend a max amount for people TO eat. I'm sharing how I eat in a day because people always ask me. For those who are trying to go FullyRaw, start with smaller proportions but use the same formula. ENJOY AND LOVE. This is about food freedom not restrictions or limitations.
Going FullyRaw has changed my life. A raw vegan diet is not a diet, it's a lifestyle! It's not solely about the food, it's about the energy that you give your LIFE. It starts with the food! The number one reason is because they do not eat enough. Don't be discouraged! The number one mistake that people make when they first go FullyRaw is that they don't eat enough. I want you to succeed, so I'm going to go through different fruit/veggie calorie amounts to help you understand how much you need to be eating to feel your best.
Ice Cream Ingredients: 7-9 frozen bananas 1 cup raspberries 1 cup strawberries Dash of cinnamon Pinch/ piece of vanilla bean Directions: Freeze your bananas overnight, peeled and placed in a ziploc bag. When ready to make the ice cream, cut them into inch-sized pieces and blend them in a high speed blender like a Vitamix with your cinnamon and vanilla bean. Pour your banana ice cream into the bowl. Rinse your container. Then, blend your strawberries and raspberries and then pour them into the side of your bowl where you have your banana ice cream. Using a spatula, create a swirl of color with the red and white. Plate your ice cream and top with more berries! Savor and enjoy this dreamy deliciousness! :)
These raw vegan popsicles are easy to make and fun for ALL family members! Kids love them too! All you will need for this recipe are popsicle molds and a high-speed blender. Once you have all of your ingredients, making your pops is as easy as blending the ingredients and pouring the mixture into your mold for 4-5 hours for them to freeze. A creative touch that you can add is adding fresh slices of fruit into your molds to give it a cool color and added texture.
I am half Lebanese and half Ecuadorian, and my family loves to celebrate our culture and LOVES to eat! In my culture, sharing food is a part of our culture; it's a part of the bonding experience. Sharing food is sharing love. When I first went FullyRaw, one of the most difficult things to surpass was denying my mother's Lebanese food. It wasn't that I was desiring the food, but I missed the cultural aspect of sharing a dish and that bond with my family and friends. Eating cultural dishes doesn't have to be unhealthy, but it can be delicious, colorful, and savory! Hummus is an all-time Arabic favorite, and you can use it as a side dip or a salad dressing! Raw food is beautiful food!

When I was little, I used to LOVE jelly donuts! Regular donuts, however, are highly processed foods, and they are filled with chemicals, saturated fats, and names that I cannot even pronounce. These raw vegan and FullyRaw jelly donuts are the REAL RAW version of this delectable desert! Only a few ingredients are all you need to enjoy making this recipe with kids, friends, and family! FULLYRAW JELLY DONUTS WITH COCONUT CREAM ICING Ingredients: Donut peaches or nectarines 5-6 ripe figs (I'm using candy stripe) Meat from 1-2 young coconuts 1 cup coconut water 3+ pitted dates Less than a quarter cup of raw cashews (optional) Pinch of vanilla bean Zest from a lemon, lime, orange, and beet Directions for Assembly: Slice your donut peaches in half and core out the seed. Spoon out the jelly filling from your figs, and spread this filling into/on your peach donut. Press both ends of your peach donut together and let the jelly smush out the sides. For the Coconut Cream Icing: Blend your young coconut meat, coconut water, dates, cashews (optional), and vanilla in a high speed blender like a Vitamix. Either using a spatula or a piping bag, spread your icing on top of your donut. Sprinkle your lime, lemon, orange, and beet zest on top of your donuts. Take a huge bite and enjoy!
Many people confront me and tell me all the time that eating FullyRaw is too extreme. Is it extreme? When did eating fruits and veggies become extreme? Our society has become so processed that eating fruits and veggies is now uncommon. People judge and criticize, but perhaps there is a lot to understand here. I'm hoping to bring a positive light to this topic and inspire a greater level of health! What does it mean to eat FullyRaw? It is eating a diet composed of purely fruits and veggies, in their natural states. Fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds, uncooked, as you would in nature. I may call it "getting back to my roots," but some call it extreme. Perhaps it may be to some, but for me, I am just being ME. Even if you are not vegan or raw, it doesn't matter. Eating more Fullyraw foods in your diet or trying to eat ONE Fullyraw meal a day will HELP YOU. It WILL benefit you! These tips are here to shift your mindset! I'm not here to preach, I'm merely here to debunk myths and INSPIRE YOU to a greater level of health. It's all about our perception.

We have all had cravings at one point or another, and sometimes they can be challenging to overcome. With the holidays on the way, you may be worried about social events, eating unhealthy foods, and having cravings. You are what you eat. Your body is a temple, and you should treat it with healthy foods. If you don't take care of your body, where will you live? Here are my Top 10 Tips on How to Beat Cravings: 1) Envision your outcome. Thinking about eating something is different than acting upon it! When I first went raw, I would get cravings, and I would think about HOW I would fee after eating it. I would imagine instant gratification immediately followed by sickness, stomach aches, regret, and obsession. 2) EAT MORE FRUIT! EAT FULLYRAW! Satisfy your need for carbohydrate! When you are satisfied, you won't crave anything else. 3) Exercise: it takes away your appetite, and it can distract you. It gets you focused on a positive way to get lean and in shape rather than sitting at home thinking about food. Get outside, get fresh air, and spend time in nature. It's very healing. 4) Call a friend. Use your life-lines! Get a buddy to do the same with you. Build community so that you can become stronger yourself! 5) Brush your teeth! This is a trick I tell many people. If you are tempted to eat more but know that you are pretty satisfied, I always recommend to brush your teeth because it cleanses your palate. Plus, no one likes to eat after they brush their teeth. 6) Eat earlier! Late night munching is dangerous if you aren't eating FULLYRAW. When you eat earlier, you can spend the rest of your night relaxing and doing other things. 7) Music therapy!!! Music can take your mind off of ANYTHING. It can change your mood, your emotions, and your thoughts! So put on some music that you enjoy, get dancing, start crying, enjoy that rather than thinking of food! 8) FILL YOUR HOME WITH FULLYRAW FOOD! Get rid of all of the junk food, processed food, or unhea

Ingredients: 1 Pie Pumpkin (Raw) 2-3 Lbs Pitted Dates 3 Ripe Persimmons (Very soft to touch) Half Cup Raw Carob 1 Tbs Cinnamon 1 Cup Pecans (Use extra dates if you want it to be fat free) 1 Cup Dried Black Figs 1 Tbs. Pumpkin Spices (Nutmeg, Clove, Etc.) 1 Tiny Pinky of Ginger 1 Small Vanilla Bean Directions for Layer One: In a food processor, combine 3/4 cup of pitted dates with the cup of pecans. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Process until it reaches a cookie-dough consistency. Press the mixture into the bottom of your brownie pie dish, and get ready for layer two! Directions for Layer Two Fudge Brownie Chocolate Sauce: In a high speed blender like a Vitamix, blend 3/4 cup pitted dates with your dried figs and carob powder. Be sure to de-stem the figs. You may need to add a cup of water to help it blend. You can also add cinnamon. When you get your fudge brownie "chocolate sauce," spread it on top of layer one. Layer two is complete! Directions for the Pumpkin Pie Layer Three: Blend your pie pumpkin, the remaining pitted dates, spices, and persimmons until you get a creamy filling! Spread this mix on top for layer three! Place your brownie pan into the freezer to set for 1-2 hours. When it's ready, take it out, slice, share, and enjoy!

Something VERY exciting has happened to me this week! For many of you who know me, I run an all-organic non-profit food co-operative in Houston called Rawfully Organic. Recently, Beyoncé has announced that she is participating in a 22 day vegan challenge where she will not be consuming any meat or dairy. I got a call from her crew on tour while passing through Houston that they wanted me to deliver produce from Rawfully Organic for them! Not only that, but a request was made for me to make my FullyRaw pies for the Queen B and her team! I made a strawberry cherry cheesecake and my FullyRaw Pumpkin Pie Brownies in pie form. They were so thankful for the produce, and I was given VIP passes to the show! I sat RIGHT next to the stage, and Beyonce even reached out to grab my hand during her song Love on Top! I was over-elated to have such an experience, and I am SO grateful that the message of this amazing health movement is spreading to reach SO many! Yummy yummy yummy I got pie in my tummy! There's no better pie to bring to a holiday feast to share with family and friends! I hope that you enjoy my special twist on this classic pie! It's raw, vegan, and simply delicious! Ingredients: Approximately 10 apples of your choice (Fuji or Honeycrisp) 3-4 pounds of pitted dates Raw dried figs (fresh figs work as well) Cinnamon Nutmeg Directions for the crust: In a food processor, combine the dried figs and approx. 2 lbs of dates until it reaches a cookie dough consistency. Press this crust into the bottom of your pie pan dish. For the apple pie filling: Blend 3 apples with approx 1 lb of dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a small bit of water until it reaches a thick, smooth, pie filling consistency. For the layers: Thinly slice your apples with a knife or with a mandolin and start layering your apple slices with your pie filling as shown in the video. I alternate between an apple layer with an apple pie filling spread layer. Layer up to the top, remove the hold, and slice yourself a little piece of heaven! Enjoy immensely and share with family and friends!

Ingredients: Chilled, sliced watermelon (about 3-4 cups) A large bowl of ice! You will need either a mini snow cone maker or a blender to create your shaved ice. I am on DAY 4 of a water fast or cleanse, and I am VLOGGING. It has been incredible, emotional, and beautiful. I wish to share this experience with you! FullyRaw Vegan Easter Banana Ice Cream for Springtime! Try this pastel colored and raw vegan nice cream recipe to celebrate the new season! It's delicious, healthy, and colorful! Enjoy my friends! I’m so excited to be back in the kitchen with you today to make FullyRaw Easter Nice Cream or simply fun and delicious raw vegan banana ice cream for springtime! Dairy-free, cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, and healthy! There’s no better treat than a soft-serve of banana nice cream on a gorgeous spring day! This isn’t just any nice cream though...this nice cream is colorful, light, low-fat, cruelty-free, and even nutritious! The best part about this recipe is that you can make more than one to share with family and friends. Using jars for this ice cream means you can make as many of these as you need for a party, celebration, and more. It’s simply amazing! I am sharing this nice cream recipe to celebrate the coming of Spring and Easter for those of you who celebrate Easter. All you will need is a vitamix blender and some mason jars. The main ingredient of this nice cream is bananas! We are going bananas you guys. To prep, take approximately 8 or more ripe, speckled bananas based upon how many jars you are making, and peel and freeze the bananas overnight. Then, in separate bowls, you will need some frozen raspberries or beet powder to make pink, blueberry powder to make blue, blackberries to make purple, spirulina to make green, and turmeric to make yellow. When ready, we are going to blend about a tablespoon worth of each color separately with approximately 2 frozen bananas. PURPLE: We will start off by blending the bananas with a tablespoon of raw blueberry powder or 5-6 blackberries for the purple. Then, we will add this layer into the bottom of the jar. YELLOW: Then, we will blend about 2 bananas with a tablespoon of raw turmeric powder then pour this on top of our purple nice cream. BLUE: Next up, we will blend about 2 bananas with a tab
Should I Be Skinnier as a Raw Vegan? Many people think I "should" look a different way having been a raw vegan for 11 years. Is this the truth? Can I be a healthy looking woman and still be beautiful? It isn''t be about being "skinny." It is about BEING HEALTHY. The purpose of this video is… to show you what HEALTH LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE FOR ME. THERE IS NO PERFECT FRAME FOR WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN LOOKS LIKE. There is no ONE way that a healthy body should look. I am putting myself out here and being super vulnerable because I believe in this so much. I WANT TO SHARE MY THOUGHTS WITH YOU ON WHAT A TRULY BEAUTIFUL FEMALE WOMAN BODY CAN LOOK LIKE...and it doesn’t have to be WHAT SOCIETY DEEMS “appropriate” or “acceptable.” I have received SOOO many comments from people about my body. I’m too fat, too thin, gross, beautiful, etc. EVERYONE has a different opinion, and the one that matters most to me...IS MINE. Do I feel confident and beautiful in my skin?! Do I feel vibrant and alive? Am I physically fit? Am I happy? The answer is YES, not because of what I look like physically, but because of HOW I FEEL ON THIS INSIDE, the amount of energy I have, my digestion, my skin, my properly functioning immune system, my emotional state, and more. There are many people who are naturally thinner than others. If this is your natural shape, then THAT IS BEAUTIFUL. CELEBRATE YOUR SHAPE. If you are curvier and more voluptuous, that is BEAUTIFUL. BE YOU! What matters most is that you ARE trying to take care of your health, from the inside out. Not everyone who is thin is healthy and vice versa. There are many women who base their ENTIRE self-worth on whether or not they are thin. It consumes them, and it has become their LIFE. Is THAT healthy? What you may think is perfect…. isn’t always perfect. Everyone has a different idea of “perfect.” True health and happiness cannot always be seen with the human eye. Raw vegan rainbow sushi rolls! These are SO colorful, so nutritious, SOOOOoo delicious, and SO much fun to eat! These are raw vegan, low fat, gluten-free, and scrum-didly-umptious! Seriously, eating these is like eating the rainbow! For this recipe, you only really need a knife and a cutting board, but if you have a blender or a food processor, it will cut the prep time in half for you. You will need some raw nori sheets and a sushi roller to help you roll out the sushi. Chop up all of your rainbow ingredients that you want to use in your sushi. There is no right or wrong here, it’s whatever you desire. This recipe along with all of the ingredients in this video will be shared on my website at http://www.fullyraw.com. For the rice of this sushi, I am going to be using shredded or finely chopped jicama, purple cauliflower, and yellow cauliflower! You can dice these with a knife or use a food processor to get this very fine, grainy consistency. Then, I also have chopped up some rainbow bell peppers, beets, cucumber, carrot, purple cabbage, red onion, mango, and avocado! To make your sushi, grab a nori sheet and place it smooth side down. Grab some jicama, sprinkle it on, and press it onto your nori, then, do the same with your yellow cauliflower and your purple cauliflower. When you have all 3 of these layered and pressed down onto your nori, they will look like a little tri-colored rainbow. Make sure to leave a little room around the edges of the nori for later. Grab some cucumber and lay it on top, add some bell peppers, sprinkle on some shredded beets, add some shredded carrots, some purple cabbage, red onion, mango, and AVOCADO to top it off!
