Life's a party, lots of sex, awkward dates and everyday problems are the things that constantly puts friendship to the test in the apartment where Mads, Emil and Olau live. Ane is dating the rapper Clemens and invites him home for dinner in the apartment. In no time, the other boys' opinions about him start to irritate her. Meanwhile the enamored Olau, is doing the laundry and he accidentally ruins Ane's panties. Emil and Mads spy on the hot neighbor but they are afraid that she might have discovered them
The friends are going to a dorm party and Emil is trying all he can to get at girl home. While the hunt for girls is going really well for Mads, Emil must, once again, see his attempts fall to the ground. Olau is considering to finally make a move on Ane, but Ane is more interested in cheering up her heartbroken friend Lærke. Øland rather wants to play computer at the party, and ends up meeting a girl and breaking the danish record.
Olau's study group is under time pressure, with their final term paper, and it doesn't help at all, that Mads gets involved in a relationship with one of the girls from the group. Mads now needs to restrain himself for the sake of Olau. Meanwhile Ane captures the interest of photography, and because of that she needs to use Emil's naked body for a photo shoot - a project that he is anything but enthusiastic about.
Emil declares himself open to new sexual experiences after he starts dating an older woman. He finds that his curiosity is quickly put to the big test when she invites him home for a little surprise. Meanwhile Ane allows a death metal band to practice in the apartment and it turns into a party, she can't control. During the party, Olau tries to tell her about his feelings, but ends up waking up with a guy by his side.
The friends hot neighbor becomes single, and Emil get ready to move in and grab her. Meanwhile Ane meets an older guy with style and life under control, and she tries to transfer his adult life-vision to the boys. Mads gets in trouble with a girl when he can not remember he has been with her before. When he starts to have feelings for her, he must try to make amends.
Mads decides that he wants to be an actor when he gets the chance at an audition for a feature film. The friends soon realizes that he is talentless and can't figure out how to tell him. Olau end up on a shopping trip with Anes friend Lærke and tries to question her about Ane's new relationship. Meanwhile the friends have arranged a special surprise for Øland's birthday.
Ane is going to a couples dinner with her older boyfriend and tries to do everything she can to fit in with the adult company. While Ane is out of the house, the boys organizes a dinner for men where they need to rediscover their inner man-hood which seem to have gone missing since Ane moved in. As their angry upstairs neighbor comes down and try to shut the party down, the boys must really "man up".
Øland's cousin comes to visit and has to stay in the apartment, but are a nuisance for everyone and it will be up to Øland himself to kick him out again. Olau and Ane have fun and spend the whole day and evening together, but Ane has a nasty secret she wants to share with him. Mads and Emil is returning the empty bottles since it's late in the month and they need the money, but a cute girl in the shop turns their thoughts around.
After a crazy night out Olau wakes up with a girl. It turns out to be a girl, all of the friends already know. Olau leaves without saying goodbye, but have to come back to pick up his phone. Emil and Mads gets ready for "The Bet of the decade", but they can't quite grasp the consequences. Meanwhile Øland makes brunch for the whole flock, but requires quite big services in return.
When Ane hears that Olau is going to Africa for 6 months, she does everything she can to make him stay. Emil and Mads takes the chance when there is needed a new tenant for the apartment above. They agree that is should be a woman, but that is also the only thing they agree on. Øland is responsible for warning the unpredictable upstairs neighbor Klaus about Olau's going away party, and even though he fears the man, he must later realize that they have more in common then he thought. The closer the going away party comes, the more drastic means does Ane feel compelled to use to make Olau stay. But it is hard without revealing why.
It is not easy for Olau to have a long-distance relationship and he tries to spice communication with her up with a little Skype-sex. Everyone is trying to tell Olau how to have Skype-sex with his girlfriend and it ends up being an overwhelming experience. Ane going to an important job interview, that ends up awkward when she meets an old flame who has not forgotten her. Mads decides to choose a godfather to his future child, but it is more difficult to choose between friends than he first thought and Øland will stop at nothing to get the title.
Mads initiates a crazy plan to get better visibility to the lesbian opposite neighbors. Ane gives Emil a friendly nudge and puts his music on the net, but Emil gets depressed as he can not handle the subsequent criticism. Øland is temporary for the caretaker Klaus and abuses the responsibility that comes with the title. Olau is having trouble with his boss who unjustly pulls him in wages, and Ane continue to disturb him for completely different reasons.
Although Emil is happy about his latest catch, he has trouble accepting her young age. Mads appoint himself to love expert and advises both Emil about his age complex and Øland who have received a text message from a mysterious woman who wants a date with him. Ane persuades Olau to participate in an article she has to write for the fashion magazine, and before he knows it Ane has found a lot of things to do he can not vouch for. Emil finally surrenders to the young girl, but gets problems with her father.
Olau has gotten a stalker and to help him, Ane poses to be his girlfriend. Emil trying to behave adult to his young girlfriend, but it goes completely wrong when he takes the task too seriously. Mads wants to prove that he can be a good father by tending a baby doll, which proves to be difficult when the city lures and the ladies are waiting. The friends thinks Øland is gay, but he gets them on other thoughts in his own way.
The big poker night is upon us and all the friends look forward to a decent round of locker room mentality. Ane goes on a wellness trip with Lærke who says that she is sexually frustrated. The boys get in a fall out over the poker game, and it turns out that Øland has new hidden talents. The play-urge takes over and suddenly the friends are at a casino with their last pennies while Ane must exceed her borders to help Lærke with her sex life.
Ane is distraught when she doesn't know how Olau feels about her, so when Olau gets a handsome study partner at visit, Ane sees an opportunity to make Olau jealous. Emil has to meet a deadline and his performance anxiety affects everyone in the apartment. Øland wants to impress the upstairs neighbor Klavs by jumping off the diving board in the local swimming pool, even though he's never learned to swim.
Emil has fallen in love with a girl who turns out to be more than happy about the rest of the commune's residents. Mads end up in a paternity dispute and must consider whether he is ready to become a father. Øland gets an offer he can not refuse. And Ane get Olau lured on a bloody experience.
After having brewed coffee for half a year on the job, Ane gets herself an opportunity to show what she can do. Øland takes on Christmas tree shopping with Emil, but it turns out that they have very different opinions about Christmas. There is crunch in Olaus relationship with Rose and he calms the problems by taking advance on the Christmas beer. Under the influence Olau helps Mads get full view to their naughty opposite neighbors.
The friends goes to a cottage to celebrate New Year's Eve. Mads and Emil are disappointed by the lack of girls, but when Lærke shows up, a fierce battle begins for them to get her attention. Ane uses the special evening to tell Olau about her feelings, and gets a very unexpected reaction. Øland wants to celebrate the New Year with lots of firework, but it gets out of control and it becomes a New Year's Eve they will never forget. Especially Ane, who gets a surprise that turns her life upside down.
When Ane finally returns home from New York a big surprise is waiting in the apartment - a new girl moved into Ane's room! The boys just forgot to tell her. Mads wants to score the new girl Carla and goes too far in the attempt, but what he does not know is that she is far more interested in Olau. Ane and Olau is finding it hard to get a moment alone and are both in doubt about what the other want.
Ane have fled to Jung to recover from Olau, and Jung does everything he can to exploit the situation to his advantage. Emil has gotten his dream job at a gallery, but the owner suddenly requires that he exhibits himself to get the job. Carla reveals to Mads that Ane and Olau have been together, causing Mads to go crazy on his best friend.
Ane and Olau are now lovers and is having a romantic dinner for two, but it's hard to be romantic when Øland has invited himself to join. Mads is disappointed that Olau prioritises girlfriend over a badminton match and have to instead play with Emil, which ends up making them fuming enemies. Ane is back at work and being pressured by Jung to kiss the new lesbian assistant.
Olau is having a hard time with Ane being topless on the beach. Mads go on a ladies hunt, but he suddenly learns that he needs some entirely different tricks than he is used to. Øland gets a new friend, but not everyone is happy about the friendship. Emil has lied to his friends that he is in job activation on the beach and he is therefore in dilemma whether to spend the whole day hiding, or tell the truth.
The friends thinks Olau is being girlfriend-boring. This leads him on a wild night out in the company of Øland. Ane has been ill and is chained to the couch in the apartment where she is frustrated by Emil and hes always shortage of money. Emil struggling to get scraped money together so that they can make their bath while Mads has become tired of young girls and goes on a search for "The Goddess".
It is Emil's birthday and he has invited the friends to a fine restaurant with all expenses paid. Olau tells Anne that he loves her, but pulls it back when Ane not immediately return his big words. Mads and Øland forgot to buy gift for Emil and must find a quick solution, but that does not turn out too good. Olau becomes jealous when Anes ex-boyfriend shows up at the restaurant. The evening is differently festive for Øland, who meets his biggest idol.
Ane misses surprises in her and Olau's relationship. Olau does not know what to do, until he discovers one of Anes secret fantasies. Emil believe Mads is a whore because he gets gifts from his older "girlfriend". Therefore Mads tries to put a stop to it, but as a television comes into play, it becomes very difficult to say no. Øland has gotten a new racetrack, which he will test with Wilma, but when she wins, he will not give her his prize.
Øland's apartment is damaged by pests, so he is forced to move into the friends apartment. Ane and Olau offer that they can move together in Ane's room, but Ølands moving in leads to a struggle for possessions and different tastes. Emil is on a date with a girl who constantly switches between being totally crushed because she has just been abandoned by her boyfriend on the other hand, would like to have sex. Emil is in doubt it is exploiting her if he bangs her. Mads realize he is seriously in love with Pulley and decides to say it, but it does not go like planned.
Ane's parents come to dinner at the apartment. Olau panics about having to meet his in-laws, and wants everything to be perfect. Emil has his first date with Thea, and needs Mads as his escape. The date goes perfectly, but suddenly Thea comes with a story that seems as if she has planned a quick way out of the date, causing Emil to spy on her. Øland has promised to help store-girl Wilma move, and have brought Mads to help. Mads thinks it's a date, causing Øland into deep water.
Ane and Olau is suddenly in doubt if Ane is pregnant, which sets in motion an argument whether they should be together. Øland is very excited about the possibility of parenthood, and goes in search of baby stuff. Emil is distraught because he has not heard from Thea for several days. As encouragement Mads offers Emil to be part of a triangle with Mads and his hot date. But first, the rules just has to be in place!
